When the capstone is attached and "illuminated", it symbolizes the crowning of the New World Order and one-world-government victory. It symbolizes the completion of Luciferic ascension. The two London Olympic mascots are one-eyed cyclops. They are "all seeing eyes" that are actually cameras that see all.
