Why Obama will win in 2012

Obama's approval rating since his Tuscon Memorial speech for Gabrielle Gifford and the mass shooting victims has put him back in the winner's circle.

Obama turned the memorial service into a cheap and tawdry political rally for his 2012 re-election campaign. The corporate media praised the eloquence of Obama's memorial "teleprompter" speech which left not a dry eye in the arena.

"This was more like an Arsenio Hall show than a memorial service," wrote Doug Lucas, for American Thinker. "Catcalls, standing ovations, whistling and the whoop, whoop, whoop of the crowd dominated the night. What should have been a somber occasion for reflection turned into another Obama pep rally. The national tragedy was about cheering on the messiah."

NEVER LET A CRISIS GO TO WASTE

"Together We Thrive: Tucson & America" t-shirts were on seats in the lower sections of the arena prior to the arrival of participants. It takes time to design and manufacture thousands of t-shirts, a fact that leads one to conclude that Obama's handlers had planned to exploit the tragedy soon after it occurred last weekend.

Rahm Emanuel, Obama chief of staff, once averred "never let a good crisis go to waste."

OBAMA'S 2012 RE-ELECTION

Barack Obama will be a shoe-in Democratic candidate for the 2012 election...especially in view of the fact that there's noone of merit to challenge him. Which Republican opponent will Obama be facing off against in 2012? The Republicans want to be the party of national security, low taxes, reduced government spending, and family values...but the uninspiring candidates come from a wide array of backgrounds.

  • Mike Huckabee was known to increase taxes as Governor.
  • Mitt Romney was once pro-choice.
  • Sarah Palin's popularity has tumbled since the Tuscon mass shootings for putting the crosshairs of a gun over a map of Arizona and for her Revolutionary Tea Party slogan slogan "Don't retreat, RELOAD!"
  • Bobby Jindal is a fresh young face to the Republican party but how much do we really know him?

Just as the race in 2008 had several front runners at several different times, the 2012 election appears as if it will be no different.

The Democratic party is in a very strong position. The economy is poor but they will be blaming the Republicans for that. And unless the Republican party is able to put together a message that is not only different from the Bush years but a drastic contrast with Obama's economic policies, they would stand no chance.Currently, Obama polls in the mid-60s approval rating. And when paired up with any of the prospective 2012 presidential hopefuls, Obama leads by about 15%.
