THE OIL SPILL SOLUTION

Apparently BP and "Halliburton" can't do a single thing right when it comes to the catastrophe they've created in the Gulf of Mexico.

But somehow they had hundreds of thousands of gallons of toxic chemical "dispersant" on hand to dump into the Gulf.

Corporate Boardrooms operate within specific, pre-established parameters - one of which is  -  one must not give credibility to simple, economical, effective solutions that might permanently undermine the "money-potential of the opportunity" inherent in crisis.  It seems that every time there is a crisis, the same comments slide from the lips of the "don't miss an opportunity" vultures.

Remember 9-11,  or  Katrina,  or a host of others?  They all became "huge money-makers" for the likes of Halliburton and multinational corporations who self-appoint themselves as the exclusive remediates, the so-called "professional problem-solvers".  Revolving doors, anyone?

But leave it to the ingenuity and inventiveness of  grassroots people - who know when their very survival is on the line - and from their midst emerge a host of workable solutions.  Do BP or the government have their ears to the ground, eagerly looking for non-toxic, effective, economical and workable solutions?
Don't bet on it - and don't hold your breath.  You may just run out of air.

This little video illustrates an age-old wisdom - very logical - but probably, just too sensible and simple - soak it up.  Yes they can protect the beaches  - but will they?
